However, this feature looks quite rudimentary when compared to other video calling platforms. Looking at oneself as a rough cut out in an unrealistic background is quite annoying. Will definitely use this feature if the quality is enhanced.

It looked like an amateur edited my photo with straight lines and floating halos. No where near as good as the Zoom virtual backgrounds.

I even have a green screen which should make it easy for the extension to differentiate me from the background, but it doesn't. I appreciate the developer of this trying to fix something that Google should offer out of the box. Zoom will continue to be my choice for video meetings.
