I have Chrome installed but it won't let me install Gainsight Assist. All I keep getting is "available on Chrome". I never get to Gainsight Asst. Suggestions?

My team is reporting that over the last month the extension has been functioning very inconsistently. For example, the logo spins for an endless amount of time, and users are required to log out and back in almost daily. Prior to October, this was not the case and the extension would keep users logged in without issue. Please address these issues.

In Chrome...the Gainsight icon/button keeps spinning to no end. This has been happening for nearly two weeks. Any plans to resolve this?

I'm getting reports from my team that they are having issues with the connector section just spinning and never allowing them to connect. Also seem to be having some reports that emails that used to get associated with accounts are now going to drafts. Any suggestion on how to correct either? I've had them all log out and log back in as well as uninstall and reinstall.

When trying to authenticate with SalesForce, I'm receiving the following error: Sorry, something went wrong. GS User information is missing. I have access to GainSight in my SalesForce account, can you please let me know what field/where needs to be updated for the authentication to work?
