If you are tired of Facebook video "screamers", want to make sure next video you watch persist previous video volume level - this extension for you.
* Preserve volume level between videos and sessions.
* Force ads to play with the same volume level as the videos.
* Remove Mute from videos at "Messages" area.
* Fixes Facebook native volume up/down with simultaneous scroll functionality.
* Using ease volume change for fine tuning when using keyboard shortcuts.
* Change volume level with configurable keyboard shortcuts.
* Alt + Shift + Up = Volume Up
* Alt + Shift + Down = Volume Down
* Alt + Shift + M = Toggle Mute

I would have a FB video playing down in the corner of the screen and when I enlarged it back up again SUDDENLY THE AUDIO IS MUCH LOUDER. I do not NEED more audio to go with a larger video size, who the heck ever thought that was a good idea?! This extension fixes that. The audio stays where you want it, not suddenly blasting at you. I hated that, this fixes it!

- (2021-04-18) William Tael: Very good! But it doesn't always stick with the volume I set on it. Sometimes it just gets to whatever volume I set on the player, which is bad if the video I'm playing is too quiet, then I raise the volume on the player, the extension sets itself to that high volume, and then I go watch a more louder video, now with the high volume that the extension saved for no reason.

Install this app to control how Facebook videos play so loud at first, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Scroll up and down or even mute but video still plays at the same level. No mute, no up or down control, nothing. Using the latest Chrome updates. Window 10 Pro 64b - What am I missing? Is there a problem with the extension? Can you add an option to a set a default volume level? As it currently stands, if I change the volume for a video that has soft sound that new level gets saved. It would be better if a "default" level could be set which it always goes to after any temporary changes are made
