- (2023-10-28) Jie Pan: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU INSTALL! THIS IS A SCAM! I didn't susbscribe it but received email saying I will be charged for the subscription. So I sent them email and ticket told hem to cancel it a week before the charging day but there is on reply and today I got charged for the yearly subscription. Now I have to find a solution to cancel it becasue there is no button you can click to cancel the subscription on their website. The WORST PART is this thing doesn't even work... Tried few websites and none of the videos could be found to download on this app...

No volvere a comprar esta extension.

- (2023-03-27) josh wanner: I gave it a 2 star because of poor transparency of creator. You must buy the paid version to download videos from private Facebook groups. I see him commenting under other peoples reviews continually stating that the free version works for any videos and that the paid version is only so you can download more. For that 2 stars, I wanted to try the registered version but do not feel I can trust it now.

- (2023-01-28) Krishn Narayan: It did not work for the purpose i downloaded it for and deleted it from my web browser but it captured my payment details. Atomic did not send any payment receipt nor was i able to delete the credit card details. Then Atomic made an unauthorized deduction from my credit card that I have now reported to authorities as a fradulent transaction. Numerous emails were exhcanged for the transaction to be refunded but in every email Atomic did not want to return the $12. It felt like my $12 was alot of money to them that they did not want to return. Their responses were generic and copy and paste. I dont recommend this product. Better to take chance with another video downloader than Atomic.

- (2022-03-05) Pedro Luis: Muchos videos protegidos aparecen fraccionados en pequeñas partes, las cuales no se pueden unir. Atomic al igual que otros programas une estas partes creando el video. Además Atomic lo hace muy rápido y perfecto. No como Downloaderhelper, el cual requiere descargar el video, y mediante un programa que instala en Windows mediante javascript lo convierte a mp4. Este proceso de conversión en mi i7 tarda más que la duración del video y con la CPU al 90%. Aquí Atomic lo hace todo perfecto y en pocos segundos, sin instalar extraños programas y sin dejar exhausta la CPU. Pero Atomic solo permite al usuario descargar 3 videos por mes. Algo totalmente ridículo. De tacaño y usurero. Además, si tu le calificas con 5 estrellas, entonces te permite descargar 7 videos más; o sea, 10 videos el primer mes. Esto lo considero chantajista y tacaño x2. Por este motivo doy una calificación 2 estrellas, por chantajear comprando tu calificación 5 estrellas por unos céntimos, por 7 videos más. He encontrado otro programa que hace lo mismo que Atomic de modo gratuito.
