Description from store With this extension you can enlarge part of the webpage without reloading or changing the overall scale! Magnifying glass, loupe for web pages, just enlarges any part of your screen for easier use. Do not squint your eyes, but just download this Zoom extension and read small texts or view pictures effortlessly. Special magnifying glass will help you with this. You do not need to download additional extensions, Zoom works independently. But keep in mind that magnifier zoom works on all sites except the "New Tab" page and on the Chrome settings page and in the Chrome Web Store, by default. In order to see the enlarged image you should press Alt + Z (for MAC users ctrl+Z) and to remove press any other key. Also if you want to change the zoom level, please see addon's options page. (2020-07-29) John Sander: On 28th July 2020 this app was infected with some sort of hijacking malware, which redirected all search to Yahoo. On 29th this appeared to be resolved. However there is no way I can trust a developer who has such little control over security.
(2020-07-29) otternun: This was the only actual zoom extension that I actually liked but I found out today that it spyware-ish (changes my default browser when searchin on a new tab in chrome to yahoo! checked it was this extension twice) and i honestly don't know if it does any other shady stuff.
