- This web charged me 3 months without knowing it, and there are really expensive trial. and what they told me is they don't refund. The risk free trial let me feel scammed. don't use it as all, unless you are glad to be tricked.

- The extension is extracting only half of the video on study.com and that is really annoying. It is not allowing me to complete watching any video. It only extracts half of the video and the rest is a black screen. Pls fix it asap as I really need it for my study. Also pls add subtitles. Pls also try to create a mobile application of this as well for the study.com mobile app😊. Thank you🙏

- Hello, Are you working to unlock the full video. Just looking at the captions is a pain. I really enjoyed this extension but that was the only downfall. Will there be an update coming soon, unlocking the full video? If so when should we be expecting it?
