- (2021-10-01) David Gonzalez: The software is not complicated however it just doesn't work well at all. 1) They have included a YouTube video which is fairly straightforward but in practice their interface doesn't work as easy as they make it seem. 2) Recipient's fax number MUST NOT contain any spaces or brackets yet CocoFax's interface INSISTS on defaulting your recipient's fax number to spaces and brackets no matter how careful you are so it's the last thing you touch before you send or else your fax will fail. 3) Even if you are careful to ensure that your "send" settings are correct, your faxes will not SEND with ease, e.g. I attempted to send documents 3 times unsuccessfully but the system status says "SCHEDULING" which is strange because with my trial offer, I had no problem whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend - sorry.

I need new page-volume to send faxes. how do you do this? It is very bad to reorder them on the cocofax site, very confusing and you are stuck for help. The automatic chat is a joke. I have been trying to send a fax for 2 days. The document I need to send is very important and time is of the essence. I tap "New Fax." I enter the recipients fax number and immediately get a message saying it is not a valid fax number. I tried "Add to Contacts" and that is no help. It's empty and no way to add this fax number to it. I am still in my trial period. If I can get this done in the next bit I will cancel out of Cocofax. Please answer asap. Thank you.
