Now you can enable or disable Whatsapp Web Dark mode with just one click.
One common feature that has repeatedly come to several apps and platforms is 'dark mode', whether it is Messenger or Coding IDE or Google Chrome or Google app for smartphones. WhatsApp has also stepped into the area. The dark mode for WhatsApp is still not officially launched for Desktop version(Whatsapp Web).
The good news for you is that you can enable Dark mode on Whatsapp Web by using this Extension. You can toggle between Whatsapp web Dark mode and Light mode with just a single click on the Extension and the mode(dark/light) will be retained for future visits.

- (2020-06-29) J H: Probably 1 of the best dark modes there is for Whatsapp, but unfortunately I have to click the extension everytime I open or refresh Whatsapp. That's why it's getting 3 stars. If I didn't have to click it myself everytime it would easily get 5 stars!
- (2020-06-28) Charles: Just installed this extension and it did nothing at all on the most recent version of Chrome and Windows 10. It was right after a Windows 10 update, at which time, another extension I have long used, Dark Reader, also stopped working on Whatsapp Web. That's why I switched to this one. But, as I say, at this very moment, it is non-functional. Other sites appear to still be working with Dark Reader, but, again, nothing is working on Whatsapp Web, to my knowledge. Maybe Windows 10 Update's fault?

I installed your extension on latest Edge, but every time I restart my browser, i need to manually enable to dark web to get it running. Is there anyway I can trigger the always on 'dark whatsapp web' feature?
