• (2020-11-07) Claudia Santangelo: WOW ok I was a happy customer Fred in the chat was always cool and helpful. One day I noticed they charged me for their other product cheat layer (29.99) that wasn't even functional yet. "Fred" in the chat was like 'no problem we're still working on it, just request a refund" ( all happy and normal) I emailed support to do so and they cancelled my instoo as well so I'd have to resubscribe at the higher rate to log in again. When I emailed back ask what the hell happened they were... INSANE, told me It was me who cancelled and "attempted fraud", that they "didn't want my money" and threatened to ban me lolol as if I'd ever want anything to do with them again. I'm still confused honestly. Maybe Fred has an evil twin??? lolol or just did too much meth this week. I dunno. I have all the emails its pretty hilarious. Save yourself a an episode of black mirror and just use a different service. My guess is that I was paying a lower intro price from when they first started which they didn't want to honor anymore? But like why not just raise my pricing? Why go crazy ?
