According to Google's policy, this extension will replace your default tab.
The extension can also set Windows10 desktop image with the help of a local exe.

- This is an excellent extension but would be perfect with just two changes: 1) Allow users to hide the settings/download links at the top of the page - they're very intrusive. 2) Allow users to keep the favourite icons in the middle of the page. Apart from that, brilliant.
