Alleluia!!! 5-2024 I am so disappointed that news organizations, in my case, MSNBC, will now not allow ad remover to block ads. It used to be able to do so. Sucks!!!

Sadly that is no longer the case as YT has clearly fought back by inserting sneaky ads in around your software; your move now? Has got worse recently, can't watch anything on YouTube without multiple ads intruding at the start, not worth paying for if this continues.

• (2024-04-21) Michel (michel416): I have used this Ad Remover for over a year now. I use it on my Chromebook. It works great on YouTube. However I wish it would work on my Google Chromecast TV, because even if I cast the ad free YouTube videos to my Chromecast TV, Google still inserts new ads. If I could get hold of the Android .APK file for Ad Remover I could probably make it work but I can not find it anywhere. The other gripe I have is that I tried to cancel the service to see if I could live without it but even though I checked off cancel on the annual renewal notice, they still took the new fee off my credit card. It seems you have to call them to cancel but they do not say it anywhere.

• (2024-03-25) AK BadBoy: What a GREAT Ad Blocker! I'll never own another computer without it. No more ad clutter on any website. Well worth the minimal cost. UPDATE: This is my second full year of using Ad Remover and still love it as much as I did when I left the last review. This works behind the scenes and is completely non-intrusive which is a must for me. A good example is on one of the main "news" outlets where one hour can leave you reeling with over 1,000 advertisements. I never see a single ad, no matter what website that I am on. Absolutely the BEST! Easy 5 Stars! UPDATE #2: March 25, 2024 - I'm on year three of using this software, and I am at an unwavering 5 out of 5 stars! This ad blocker is the absolute best ever! Still no ads on any websites. It's great to watch the "blocked ads ticker" just keep racking up the blocked ads. I can't say enough good about this software - well worth the minimal cost!

AD Remover needs to update their software to handle these new types of advertisements. 09/21/21 - I could not even begin to want to go back to using my computer without AD Remover. • (2024-01-14) Rob Mendell: February 2023 I was hoping for more. It works but I have to reload every. single. page. (click the puzzle piece, click Ad Remover, click Reload) for it to remove ads, and even then it sometimes doesn't. Windows 10 with Chrome browser. January 2024 Update: it works well until it doesn't. Then I have to call in and have Ad Remover walk me through a process to make it work again. I'm guessing that Google or YouTube or whatever keeps changing something with extensions, but Ad Remover needs to keep up with the changes. I just called in today because I've been seeing ads on YouTube again for about a week. The rep checked with the technicians and they said they're working on it. Be patient. They have no idea when they'll be able to block paid ads on YouTube. :| And no, I'm not entitled to a refund.

• (2023-12-28) Denise: Adremover is a real time saver. I just don't know what I would do without Ad Remover. One drawback is you have to browse in Safari on your cell. My Chromebook is compatible. I believe my ipads are too. This is important because you can use your membership on more than one device. I have had Ad Remover for a long time, but it is well worth it to not be interrupted so many times you just want to give up trying to do what you are doing, Some of the reps are better than others, but I seem to get an awesome rep 99.9% of the time. How many ad blockers are right there when you need them? This one is. This is the best for Adremovers. Thank you for this extension each and every year I use it.

• (2023-12-22) Gene328: I got this Ad Remover At first it worked pretty good. some time before it was time to renew it, it wasn't working that well so I decided to cancel for a while. It wouldn't come on automatically. I Had to connect when I turned on My Computer. Most of the time I didn't think about doing it for a while. when I clicked to start the ad blocking it would start working but I didn't have to do that for the first year. I tried to contact support but couldn't. I had to sign in and couldn't remember my password and couldn't find where I wrote it down. I've got PTSD and have a real problem calling someone and talking to them about my problems. I forget what I was calling about and if I have to answer more than one question I get really confused. I know they could make it easier to contact them. So I decided to go ahead and cancel my account. But they renewed it the next day after I canceled it. I thought I'd go ahead and keep it and sometime before it renews next time I'll cancel it. Because it's so hard for me to contact them I'm not going to renew it. Time now, December 22,2023.
