Quickly open a new browser tab by typing the Infor Support incident number in the blank and clicking Submit. Short cut icons are for Global Response Due and My Incidents views.

- This extension is of great help, to search incidents directly. Can this be enabled to browse incidents, to open in incognito mode only while using Chrome in incognito. Currently this defaults to chrome and not incognito, even if the incidents is browsed from incognito window.
