Description from store Adkill is an ad-blocking software. It basically filters out ads from web pages. It blocks all kinds of ads e.g. banner ads, popups, tracking pixels. It’s called relentless because Adkill doesn’t apply any kind of “acceptable ads” policy. The extension just blocks every ad it could find. Adkill doesn’t have sophisticated options that require expert knowledge of adblocking techniques. All necessary filters are already set up and work by default.

(2020-08-05) Cesar Xie Lu: I went searching for a Ad-Blocker after the integrated Ad-Blocker in the Opera GX Browser was no longer closing up those ads on Crunchyroll. When the integrated Opera GX Browser Ad-Blocker was still working it seemed like it blocked all the ads first then played the episode, meaning that throughout the episode I would not get interruptions. On the other had Adkill seems to only come into play when the section of ads comes up leaving me with a few seconds of just a black screen while I wait for the ads to be blocked. But to it's credit, it works and I can't really complain. Only if it was as smooth as the integrated Ad-Blocker on the Opera GX Browser.
