HeaderEditor can edit the HTTP headers by defining whatever key-value pairs we want on a static list. Thos e items are then implanted to any HTTP requests or responses that Chrome exchanges afterward. A partial set among the total list of items can be chosen to ease the selective reflection work in a more flexible way.
