This Chrome extension adds an item to your context menu when selecting text called "copy link to text". When you click it, it copies a URL that scrolls straight to the selected text when opened.
This uses the new URL Scroll-To-Text fragment feature, meaning the URL copied will only work in browsers that support it. See what percentage support it has here: https://caniuse.com/#feat=url-scroll-to-text-fragment
