  • (2020-08-08) Ron Smith: Fantastic extension, with just a couple exceptions: LATimes.com --- Still detects incognito mode, which blocks reading the article. Bloomberg.com --- Only shows a tiny beginning snippet of the article (while in incognito mode).
  • (2020-08-02) Humberto Goyen: Works great on international sites. Doesn't work on a couple of sites in my country: www.elpais.com.uy, www.elobservador.com.uy. Great job!
  • (2020-08-01) Nienai The Youtuber: Doesn't work for The Athletic
  • (2020-07-31) Chilman K Saafi: Should be able to allow writing the comments. It blocks reading and posting the comments.
  • (2020-07-30) Daniel Andrade: Great extension !!! Works pretty well with WSJ, NYT and Bloomberg (as long as you don't keep scrolling down). Unfortunately it does not work with some Brazilian news sites, namely Estadão and Folha de São Paulo (but I guess that is too much to ask anyway)... Keep up the good job !

  • (2020-07-03) John Davidson: Works well for most sites, but doesn't seem to work for the Washington Post for some reason, which is a little inconvenient since I try to use that site as much as possible for Covid-19 updates regarding my hometown. And sometimes Google's search results page format on Microsoft Edge is zoomed out and different. But overall still a great one. I admire your belief in making news available to all, especially given the current circumstances of our time. Keep up the good work!
  • (2020-06-30) Nathan Ang: Yeah it works well, I made it.
  • (2020-06-30) big shaq: Works super well as intended. Now I can read Medium, Bloomberg, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, etc. All information online should be free, especially when its articles about Coronavirus, current events, etc.

  • (2020-07-24, v:2.2.0) Danny Shintag: Instructions needed for the extension's UI, please
Hi. Thanks for releasing this extension, which seems to work really well. However, I'm not sure I understand the UI logic (adblocking vs paywall options) - I don't seem to be able to set the extension to bypass paywalls for specific sites, as the toggle remains on or off for all sites. In my ideal scenario, this extension should have operate on a site-list basis, remembering the sites where I enabled the 'paywall' option and/or the 'adblock' option, but otherwise remaining disabled until the user toggles it. At the moment it's either enable or disable the extension for all sites - unless I'm missing something? Thanks in advance!
  • (2020-07-22, v:2.2.0) Jay Muns: This extension blocked all the cookies in my browser.
I installed this extension and was very pleased at how easily I was able to bypass the paywall for the WSJ. However, my delight was cut short when I discovered all my google sites (gmail, contact, drive, calendar, etc) were not working anymore. Poking around a bit showed me that all cookies had been moved from Allowed to Blocked on all my tabs. I removed this extension, relaunched Chrome and everything worked fine. This is a really dangerous extension. Do you have an explanation for this behaviour?
