Converts Gmail specific links to use Outlook Web Access instead.

There are many extensions that convert mailto links to use Gmail, and some that convert mailto links to use Outlook, but there are none that convert Gmail links (not mailto links) to use Outlook Web Access.
Once installed, clicking on a Gmail link will open Outlook Web Access instead. Clicking on the extension icon will toggle it on and off so you can still open Gmail links in Gmail if desired.
This was originally designed to allow Google Classroom to work with Outlook, but it is handy in other places too.
I have a different extension that converts Gmail links into standard mailto links as well.
