I have been hoping for an update to include Google Chat (not Hangouts) and instead, when I install this extension fresh, I get a Different extension: The Miltimessanger extension. Unless this is unintentional and happens for some sort of weird conflict, this is very bad. SO sad.

• (2020-10-12) Connor McKenzie: Such a shame that functionality seems to have been removed in the latest update. Can no longer pin to taskbar and open independently of Chrome. Facebook Messenger now has to be in it's own window, instead of another tab, which ultimately defeats the purpose of the extension altogether.

• (2020-07-23) Jess Baria: Sometimes, simple is better. After this upgrade, I was sent to the Chrome Extension page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. While that worked, now it takes ages for this app to open on my desktop. This downside aside, it's still a great app and I'll be sticking with it.
