- (2023-08-11) Duncan Kenning: Just don't bother. Overpriced and underwhelming. There is a complete lack of support. I emailed multiple times requesting assistance but ultimately gave up and switched to ScrapingBee instead.

- (2023-07-21) Alexandre: Work 1 time out of 10 (the head robot in order to scrap the desired page), and when it works, it doesn't scrap automatically, what i mean is that YOU Have to select what you want to scrap on to excel. And nothing related about AI, Jasper Ruys' review is right

- (2023-04-01) Avi Volah: didnt work on a simple task, but moreover!! : i have a lot of trouble with their service.. i paused the monitoring feature and it didnt pause it, and even after deleting the bot, then signing out of the extension, then blocking its access in the extension settings and then plainly removing it and refreshing all the browser tabs! it is still running this annoying bot, and opening a new window, and also its doing it every 3 to 10 minutes rather than every 3 hours like i defined originally!! Whoever responsible for this extension - I WANT YOU TO STOP IT FROM RUNNING ALREADY!

Not a very intelligent Robot Robot told me - does not handle multiple tabs (cannot navigate to another page so directory listing fails, as that is summarised listing of detailed pages - simple is not possible) - would not let me select image Logged support request last week and not heard back. Lack of transparency around constraints is uncool. Hollow promises. Would not bother.

- (2023-03-11) Jasper Ruys: When I read they claimed that they were using AI for scraping, I had doubts. So I tested it to find out. Like all the others, this is a glorified javascript-no-code-automation tool. It has nothing to do with AI; this is just rebranding to bank on the hype. You can't go to another page except for pagination, which is a joke. Furthermore, these standardized web scraping operation tools easily break down when the scrapped data is inconsistent or the platforms change their code. Their scripts probably work well, so why give them one star. I am growth engineer, webscraping is part of my job.
- (2022-12-13) Razi Syed: My whole team set up an account as soon as we found out about this tool! It solves so many needs, including needs we couldn't even identify at the time. This opens up a whole new world of opportunities for my company in a wildly cost efficient and effective manner. The "Company" billing option isn't enough for our needs. Who do I need to contact for the enterprise plans? Our company wallet is ready.

Hey im soran i just wanna say It really is A good Extension and as A fan i would Obviously want progress if only it was Able to do stuff Like play by pressing just 1 button which surely will be A button you cant see yourself using for Anything or anything too important Like spacebar to stop or play video hey it might aswel be spacebar anyways
