After completing a search in Ecosia, simply click the Google button and it will automatically open a new tab and run the search on Google!

- (2022-06-09) Jared Cohen: Worked for a very long time extremely well and I love it becuase I can use google when Ecosia's search engine is not optimized for my searches. Just wanted to inform the developer and the userbase that the Ecosia Software Update in the past few days adjusted the search engine's UI code, and I cannot see the Google Icon on my searches due to this adjustment. I am assuming it will be a relatively easy fix, just wanted to mention so it can get fixed, as no fix will make this extension near pointless.

- (2021-12-11) Cameron Jones: By all means, if you are an Ecosia user, get this extension, see if it works for you, I hope it does because when this has worked for me, it has been incredibly helpful. Either, when visiting Ecosia, and realizing I should pop over straight to Google, or already once I've made my inquiry, if I'd like to see an alternate set of search results, this button lets you search on Google in another tab without even having to type again! Super handy! I want to be part of the solution to save the Earth and plant more trees...while also experiencing a higher degree of convenience with the help of a Google button, and this does just that, so by all means, if you want that too, get it and try it out! 😊✨🌲 Edit: Thanks to a reply to this review, I've rewritten it, and increased my Star rating. Thank you for fixing that bug, it has made it So convenient once again, to be able to click the button after already searching the inquiry on Ecosia, so, thank you!! 🙌
- (2021-05-03) Alex Nettle: Really useful tool. Ecosia is ever improving but still has some areas where Google is more conveninent. This Chrome extension means I can plant trees still AND get the results I need when Ecosia can't quite deliver without any faff. Well worth adding.
