Description from store Roll Call for Google Meet is the perfect tool for instructors, teachers, or managers that need to quickly and effortlessly take attendance or determine who is present and who is absent for a Google Meet session. Roll Call quickly lists all of the users in your current Google Meet video conference. You can then save these usernames to your class roster. The next time you open up your Google Meet, you can see a color-coded list of all attendees. Blue indicates a new participant not on your roster, Green indicates a saved user that is present, and Red indicates a saved user that is absent. As a teacher, I understand that privacy is important. I've developed Roll Call so that Class rosters are synchronized with your Google Account, but data is not stored outside of your Google environment. Version 0.0.0.5 automatically sorts all saved participant lists by last name. This will not affect your saved class rosters. Version 0.0.0.4 provides a fix that ensures all participants will be counted even for large meetings with up to 35 attendees. You may notice the screen zooming out periodically while taking attendance. This zoom-out function is performed so that the full participant list is displayed on-screen.

(2021-03-25) Michael Schreiman: Best attendance extension for Google Meet. Super easy to set up, quick and accurate attendance taken daily. It even puts students in alphabetical order by last name. The only missing ingredient would be a some form of a history option....to show the time students entered and left the meeting each day. But otherwise, perfect extension.

(2020-10-21) Annie Thériault: Impossible to have all the participants list (stop to 8 even if there is 26 people right on camera). For more, seems to sometimes work for those 8 or sometimes not (sometimes they are listed are present but seconds after, they are not, even if they are still there!). I am so sorry because it seems a good extension easy to use.

I would like it more if there were a way to download a sheet either straight to my drive or onto my computer of the list of attendees so if it were ever questioned I had proof that the student did/did not attend class.

(2020-09-02) Karla Gonzalez: Well, I had 36 students connected , but this extension only recognized 12 ... I don't understand why. Then after I add them, they appeared in red , but the were connected so I feel I can't trust on it to take attendance.

(2020-08-28) Hector Alaniz: The extension has been helpful and i recommend it. I would like to add that for some weird reason when i click on it to see the list of my students my window starts to glitch a little.
(2020-08-12) Allan Elsberry: Overall, a good extension if you are just looking to take attendance. It doesn't provide a detailed report with entrance/exit times for each attendee, but it also doesn't require sifting through a Google document to find out who is there.
