  • (2021-07-02) Fabien Arguello: This worked very beautifully for me. It didn't just give me a list of all the email addresses in my Gmail account, but also provided contact information around those email addresses like: name, social profiles, image, location, how they interacted with your last email, etc. It's quite a robust email contact list.
  • (2021-06-29) Laurie Taggerst: Excellent app! I don't usually write reviews, but this was such an easy way to create an email list for my small business. Well worth the $50. I'm not sure if they offer licensing, but I'd like to get 2 more licenses for 2 other email accounts because it's so valuable for my sales pipeline. This is a really smart extension to help me with my marketing emails.
  • (2021-06-22) So here is an unbiased review for you guys. The tool actually looks good and is probably pretty effective in small-mid sized data bases. The problem is that I couldn't properly evaluate it as the Premium subscription costs simply ridiculous amount - $50/month (trust me, the 20% off for yearly subscription doesn't really help). I'm happy to pay for services and for subscriptions. But in this case the cost-value ratio is really far off. Too bad since I do see nice solutions from this company. Hope one day they'll get down to earth in terms of pricing.
  • (2021-06-05) Juna Larken: Very easy to use. A little expensive (i.e., not free :-)).
  • (2021-05-24) Andre Degascogne: I'm such a fan of this! In just a few minutes, I had an email list ready to go from all the emails just sitting in my inbox. Why doesn't Google come out with this??! Now, I plan to use cloudHQ's mailking.io for their email marketing service. It's basically a no-brainer.
  • (2021-05-24) Brenda Abelini: How easy as pie was it to use this nifty little app. Perfect for my small business! Please visit if you want to buy some farm fresh fruits and veggies in the Mendocino county area: https://brendasfarmersmarket.com/
  • (2021-05-06) J McCaffrey: I am writing this review on behalf of another product which I have had many issues with. Our company owns 10 licenses and we have had an extremely difficult time getting in contact with customer service representatives. We've had issues with email metrics for months. Sometimes the numbers would be completely incorrect and other times the metrics would not load at all. When we contacted support about these problems they would take days to respond. When we finally heard back from them they would tell us that the issue would be fixed in a few days, but the issues have continued and we have not heard back from them. We currently have not had email metrics for over 2 weeks and have not been able to receive a solution from the support team.
  • (2020-07-15) George Papadimitriou: nice, yet clicking on the last send/received email link to open it, only works for my free gmail account - on the other hand clicking on my G Suite last send/received email link opens up the free gmail tab which is actually rendering the app pretty useless since I want it for business purposes
  • (2020-07-10) Ruby Marandos: This is INGENIOUS! I do marketing for a small family business, and this makes my email marketing efforts much more easy to work with— and it's inexpensive too! As far as I know, there's absolutely no other way to get all of my email addresses out of Gmail, and it's an excellent way for me to build my email list (I use this on my company's owner's Gmail account too). Friendly tip: These guys also have another service for sending email campaigns called MailKing.io, so now I just send all of my email campaigns with cloudhq. I love that they're a one stop shop for everything I need. Thanks, Cloudhq!
  • (2020-07-10) Carlisle Beauchemin: I use this to keep an active record of my contacts. I think it's pretty brilliant the way this company supplements information about a person based off of their email address. I know exactly who I need to follow up with, and who I'm waiting on. It makes me feel like I'm in control when I have such a high level view in a Google spreadsheet vs playing catch up in email.

Can I add contacts outside of gmail into the "Email List Builder"? It will be coming from my weebly account from exported into a spreadsheet. Thanks and I look forward to your reply.
  • (2020-07-13, v:1.0.1.3) Phillip D. Mrozinski CCFC CSA LUTC MBA RTRP PhD abd: Blank pages
I downloaded Email List builder and converted the results to a PDF as suggested/required. When I went to print out my list my printer showed that I had 3225 (something). I think it was pages. So I clicked on print and walked away to do something else. When I returned, I only had 16 pages which printed with data (so small I couldn't read it) and over 1,000 pages for spreadsheet pages which printed without any data only spreadsheet pages which only printed the boxes and light blue and white lines, but no data. 1. What happened? 2. How do I make the type larger so it is readable and still fit on the page? 3. Is there a way to save the page as an Excel spreadsheet so I can read it and then print only those columns, which I want to build my email list?
