• (2022-06-20) Dominic Albino: Kludgey and jankey interface. Watch partner and I got served different number of ads, and this could not handle the problem, so we were out of sync with no way to fix it. Kind of worked, if you're desperate it might be okay but honestly just don't waste your time.

• (2022-02-04) Riley: This extension is very clunky and often requires multiple tries to get working but once it does it is pretty great. I'm very thankful to have a service that allows my friend and I to watch Star Trek on Paramount+ together even though we live states away. There are many issues such as webcams not displaying on video calls, calls not working altogether, and the text chat play/pausing the show but my biggest complaint is the inability to change episodes together. We've been using this for months now and still haven't found a clean way to change episodes and stay in a call. I hope the developer is getting the donations they need because, even with the flaws, I really appreciate their hard work :)

• (2022-01-08) Charlotte Killiam: This extension worked fine for a while, but it must have auto-updated because one day all the multimedia hotkeys for controlling video players stopped working. Spacebar no longer worked for pause/play, F no longer worked for toggle fullscreen, arrows no longer worked for fast-forward/rewind 10 seconds, IT ALL BROKE. Fix this please, and I will consider re-downloading the extension.

• (2021-08-18) Stephanie: I had to give myself some time to really use this extension, it probably has the best interface out of all the extensions that exist for group/watch parties, I've tried them all. Think the only other that comes close and the support of websites is not the same is Teleparty. The part I love best about Watch Party is that it offers a lot of websites, if im not mistaken off the top of my head it has the most support out of all other extensions. So there's no "Have an extension for this site, then other for that site and op, another for here." And you can actually contact the guys that make the extension (I had asked if there could be any Starz support). They were nice (Ayushya Amitabh) and wrote back quick. Watch Party doesn't save any data either and thats always a plus in my book. Thanks for all the work you guys do!

• (2021-07-17) Hailie Brill: I liked the options that this site had but when it came to watching anime it would start me and my friend at the same, but when it came to ads i was the only one getting the ads and the anime would keep going for them but stop for me and after the ads it would freeze and keep me in the ad screen, it wouldn't return me to the anime at all.
• (2021-06-06) Jess: My friends and I use this to watch shows/movies together and it has been awesome. We haven't noticed any issues and everything has worked smoothly so far. I definitely recommend this if you want a way to watch something with someone that can't be there with you.

• (2021-03-17) Manreet Gill: Great extension because it supports a lot more streaming services than competitors and it offers more features. I have tried a lot of the other extensions and they usually only support a few services like Netflix and Hulu, which is great, but I like that this app supports almost everything that I watch on so I don't need to go back and forth between extensions. Plus it has chat and video which was great because I mainly watch on Viki and the other extensions only covered chat for Viki. Customer support was also great, helpful, and responsive. Another feature that I absolutely loved was the fact that you could control each person in the video call's volume, it was a game changer.

Only qualm I have so far is that at random times, even when I'm not touching the computer, the Watch Party website will randomly open itself in chrome. Pretty strange. Would love if this was fixed, else I would probably want to uninstall. Otherwise great work!

Its super easy to use, very smooth, and has all the features you'd want - voice chat, text chat, MEMES!

I normally have another device on to talk to my friends while watching shows, but there's no need for that with this!

Cue watch party; keeping me and the bros occupied while we stay home and watch Dear John together. This extension is incredibly fast too, so fast that it's already fired up before I even start my computer... 11/10 would recommend. • (2020-07-21) Satya Gupta: The cleanest and most elegant video sharing extension. After using several other buggy extensions this seemed the most stable. The chat option is icing on the cake. No noticeable latency from what I can tell. There is room for improvement but as it stands right now it works seamlessly and addresses the pain points of 99% users.
