This extension is used by Cisco TAC employees to help manage their case log files. It will allow TAC engineers to download log files to their local PC and remove them when a TAC case is closed. The extension uses the native messaging host to talk to the local PC. The extension requires you to be in Cisco TAC and have access to the salesforce ticketing system used to manage TAC cases
