Together Mode for Google Meet is a chrome extension that turns your video call session into a "Together Mode" style meeting.
Together Mode reduces the stress from video call meetings that is known as "zoom fatigue".
This chrome extension brings video meeting attendees to a virtual environment as if they are in the same room.
The visual impact of seeing meeting participants in the same room will eliminate the brain confusion from processing multiple different backgrounds of each participant.
We took the inspiration from a feature with the same name on Microsoft Teams.

The current version have the capacity of up to 5 participants (or 6 including you).
Usage:
- In a Google Meet session, click on the extension icon to turn on Together Mode.
- Make sure your video and a minimum one other participant's video is on.
- Click again on the extension icon to turn it off.
