- (2020-09-07) The extension itself was great but I don't like the new tab page requirement. Would redownload if it was removed or optional.
- (2020-09-03) Tetiana Bilokin: If it didn't interfere with my "new tab" settings, I'd give it 5 stars. But because of it, I can't use "Speed Dial" and it makes me hate "Journal" a bit, despite all the advantages. PLEASE, make it less intrusive

- (2020-08-26) Smokie Lee: This would be a great extension...if you could change the new tab behavior. I accepted the permissions, thinking that I could change the new tab takeover in the settings. This is not so, and I don't appreciate not being able to change this. You can even change how the extension accesses all websites you visit (all the time, on click, etc) but not the new tab part? This is not good UX, and will not encourage new users to install the extension.
- (2020-08-17) Shana Katan: I like the website, the app helps me make schedules and I can use this app as a diary, but I don't like the new tab page.
- (2020-08-01) Max Yakin Bozek: The app seemed to be ok but this Chrome extension overrides your personal settings without warning and automatically replaces the page you see when opening a new tab. All that without even letting you change this behaviour!
- (2020-06-29) Роман Кузнецов: Great app and extension, but how can I disable the new tab replacement? I don't need this.
- (2019-09-16) Robin Good: Journal is a wonderful app to take notes, organize ideas, and save valuable links. Unfortunately I cannot give it 5-stars because the Chrome extension is way too slow to respond once you have a few tabs open. It takes forever to load and to save any link into a specific folder. I have tested and tried it in all ways, have been using it for at least 6 months, have reported it to support, but haven't seen much progress yet. It this extension worked as fast as I would expect it too, this would be a must-have tool.
