- Simplified web pages are imported into MAXQDA as PDFs or text documents
- Choose to include or ignore images in simplified web pages
- For best results, consider using an ad blocker to remove ads from the webpages before collecting them

I am having issues importing data from the web. I think the problem is with the extension as the data downloaded seems to be the issue. The name of the file downloaded is a long code, not the name I have given the file and the file itself is not the preview document but series of code. I have submitted a query to MAXQDA to make sure the issue is not related to my software, but after initial discussion with them, I believe it is the extension that is the problem. I really need this problem fixed ASAP, if possible and I am available to discuss.
