This extension has been created to allow integration between a CTI toolbar that resides on the desktop machine and the Sales Force application which is a cloud service
When an incoming call arrives to the tool bar via the CTI system it send a message to the chrome in order to navigate the tab to a specific customer or any other entity according the logic in the CTI
