Am still experiencing the same today. Also, recurring messages are getting replicated by the system (sent screenshots and all via email). Please urgently address this. Also, please bring back the feature where if scheduled messages fail to dispatch, you find them in a particular folder

• (2025-05-06) Consultório Dr. Felippe Pacheco: I was a customer for months. My credit card was replaced by the bank, and I didn’t update the number on 'Blueticks.' When I went to update it, they increased the price from 5 to 9. I tried to explain my situation to the company, but they didn’t resolve it. I do not recommend them. Get the service from another company instead!
• (2025-03-30) Andrea Irwin-Moore: The description should be clearer regarding the "free" version. It is obviously a trial version. I was only able to use the free scheduler twice. Now when I select the scheduler, it pops up with a message to upgrade. I'm removing the extension. Very disappointed.

Everything working, from scheduling to campaigns, to using the API with make.com automations sending meeting reminders by checking calendar events. • (2025-02-26) Mariusz Listewnik: Looks promising. I'm upvoting this app. Some people moan that you cannot schedule things without closing your PC (unless you go premium). That's fair enough for me. I tried scheduling just now to myself and it works fine, even when I'm on a different tab. My use case is sending one newsletter message to a Whatsapp group a month, not needing it for anything else. Thanks for making a free option, that's better than at least one provider with many more users.

When clicking on the option to schedule a message, the browser becomes unresponsive and asks me to close the page. I have already cleared the cache and reinstalled the plugin, but the error still persists.

Every time I tried scheduling one, the only option given was to upgrade. It just doen't work or do what's promissed. Also, highly inconvenient free version as well. What could possibly be the point of programming a message if I have to be connected and on the computer to send it? Don't want to sound mean, but seems to me the free version is useless. Didn't provide any motivation whatsoever to acquire your product.
• (2025-01-13) Liam Horan: Blueticks is a great piece of kit. It is such a useful device that I'm amazed more people don't use it. Occasionally (but decreasingly), the system logs itself out, but you get an immediate notification and can deal with it. It seems to me that they have this bug more or less ironed out at this stage. I have found the Support team to be very good.
• (2024-12-27) GABRIEL KROLL: The QR Code generation tool is once again having problems. I can't use it at the moment, which is extremely detrimental as it is essential for my work. I subscribe to the Pro version, but the system often goes offline. Today, moreover, I can't generate the new QR Code needed to reactivate the automatic mailings without the computer being switched on. Please check this, as it's really hurting me. I've also sent an e-mail to support.

Then, later in the day, and STILL THROUGH TO TODAY, I am unable to schedule messages, and it is telling me I'm still on the free account. I paid over $300 for this, and I'm super disappointed. The schedule feature is the only thing I need, and now i've wasted $380+ dollars on a useless extension. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I've logged out, logged back in, removed the extension, re-added the extension. Nothing works.
