(2020-08-08) Mark Zschiegner: For a full-blown CRM for your Facebook Messenger, this can't be beat for the price. Sure there are other more costly tools out there, but this is a bargain for what you get. Tagging, messaging, and notes on each user?!? Can you say TIME SAVER. Yup... it has bugs, what do you expect - v1.1 ... but they are getting fixed and it will make your use of the associated Facebook chrome product ELM Connect not so scary anymore. You will be able to recall now your past conversations. :) Now I'm being honest, I gave it a 4 stars ONLY because it's not "perfection" on launch, but I know ELM crew will not stop until it is. It's definitely a 5 star product, but hey -- I'm ethical and want people that buy it really need this product and not be a tire kicker. This isn't for the tire kicker crew, this is for the serious hardcore marketing person that need to take their Facebook Messenger game to the next level!
