(2021-05-27) Daniel Clark: OMG THANK YOU! The only PiP extension useable on ChromeOS tablets as far as I know. Others only allow switch to PiP mode via hotkeys or toolbar icon. With only a virtual keyboard and toolbar totally disabled with YouTube running in webapp mode there is no way to activate all the other ones. The in-video-window icon is a lifesaver, and also just generally makes a lot more sense.
