Focused on receiving communication, in real-time, the extension highlights keywords in the text on web pages, including social media websites, to support listening. This extension works best when used with interpersonal conversations.
(2) Based in Conflict Resolution Theory and Experience
Emotions are information points in conversations signaling whether and to what extent needs are being met. Needs are things that each of us requires in our lives, and when they are challenged conflict can occur.
