Parents working from home and children learning virtually at home has become the reality for families all over the world. The development of virtual workplace and e-learning technologies means that now more than ever, families are sharing devices. There is a great need to segregate Internet browsing activities between family members while they share the same device and browser.

After the extension has been added to your Chrome browser and activated for the first time, the parent user is instructed to create and customize the two profiles.

Permissions used and reasons:

1. Access to “contextMenus”. We require this permission to add items to the drop-down menu to improve our service and user experience.
2. Access to “cookies”. We require this permission to enable you to customize your settings.
3. Change your default search engine. We require this permission to change your default search engine to our domain search.privatesearch.online, powered by Yahoo, as a placeholder in order to provide you the functionalities of the extension. You can make a change at any time to other supported options inside the extension Settings.

Cynthia Kohler 2020-09-28: Andrew F. and Joe H. installed a new shower for us. They were very polite and cleaned up after they finished the job. We can't wait to use the new shower. There are a few minor details that need to be fixed. We already have an appointment to make the corrections. i would recommend West Shore.

Douglas Stacy 2020-03-01: It does what it says it will do. BUT... I see all there "Forced Download" type comments. You're not forced to take it, you need to read the page before clicking on "INSTALL". It is an added item to an other installation, you blindly click install and then get offered 2 or 3 more before you realize whats up. Don't blame anyone but yourself for NOT READING before clicking. In fact, that's the ONLY reason I'm not giving this a 5 star rating.

Anthony Sismondo 2019-08-06: This plug-in is similar to some used by a/v programs (i.e. Kaspersky) but with limited success. Same deal as with Safe Net. Finally a set of plugins to (no pun intended) "plug" the holes the other a/v programs leave behind. Internet protection has always been a weakness with most a/vs' so time will tell if this is what I've been looking for. Most malware writers know how to turn off a/v plugins (as is the case with Malwarebytes) , so Safely will have their work cut out for them if they want to stay a step ahead of the bad actors. Regardless, I applaud their efforts, and wish them success, Time will tell.
