Five9 ADT Plus Velocify Link Extension for Chrome is used with Velocify Lead Manager Web Application and Five9 Agent Desktop Toolkit PLUS to link the Lead viewed by the agent during a call with the call.
The extension updates a Five9 Call Variable "VelocifyLeadID" with the last LeadID viewed or edited by the agent during the call. This Call Variable field can be used in Five9 VCC connectors to add Actions to the matching Velocify Lead Record on call disposition and can be used in VCC reports to identify the Lead used on each call. VCC connectors and VCC IVR scripts must also be configured based on the specific integration requirements.
The extension also enables Click to Call links in the Velocify Lead ADD/EDIT page. The clickable links will send the corresponding phone number into the ADT Plus interface to be dialed.
The extension also enables click to call links on the Lead List page. Calls can be placed from this page and linked to the lead ID associated with the Click to Call link.
A pop up menu can be accessed by clicking the extension icon which allows for features to be turned on and off including logging, click to dial, pop up alerts, and disable the extension.
Requires that ALL Campaign Profile Layouts include the Call Variable Field VelocifyLeadID, and Contact field LeadId to be displayed and NOT Read Only.
