This extention lets you control Grooveshark directly with your Myo
A Myo and Myo Connect for Windows is required.

Since Myo.js is contols the Myo globally I made the extension only work when the Grooveshark tab is focused, to avoid frustration.
The gestures are the usual media actions:
Finger Spread - Play/pause
Wave Left - Previous
Wave Right - Next
Fist and Rotate - Volume up/down
