The Yahoo agent was very polite and very knowledgeable, she tried all possible solutions to resolve Yahoo Mail - Wider Mail Extension for both browsers: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. She escalated this ongoing issue with Yahoo's upper management. I have had Yahoo Mail since 2000 and I have been using Wider mail for decades. Yahoo Mail Wider Mail extension has given me the "Wider e-mail" view in Yahoo Mail for decades. The Wider Mail Extension for both browsers Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox stopped working in December 2022, We have been working on all possible options to fix it, but unable to resolve. The Yahoo Mail Wider Mail Extension issue in December 2022 and it has been affecting all customers around our planet with @yahoo.com, @ymail.com, @currently.com, and @att.net emails. • (2020-12-10) Pacific Guy: Honestly not many people really want to use this crappy yahoo search engine, but we are FORCED to use it in order to stop the relentless ads on yahoo mail. On top of that, the ads come back so you end up reinstalling this JUNK every few days! After 20 years of being a faithful yahoo mail user I am moving everything over to Gmail. Good riddance, enough is enough!!!!

• (2020-10-21) Brandon Ross: Summary: bad practice from yahoo and it only works if you keep "yahoo" as the default search engine on chrome. Once you disable, the yahoo mail site goes back to normal. This extension was recommended by Yahoo Mail, as a way to enlarge the readable screen area. They are at least upfront that it will change your search engine and the extension is now called "yahoo search" so there's no false advertising but still scummy. Looks like I'll go with my OS's mail service for now.

No improvement that I can see. After over 20 years with Yahoo, it's feeling like they are going backwards with development.
