Open a library item and a link to the trailer will appear beneath the title.
Your library is not modified in any way, the plugin only adds a link to the trailer on youtube.
Use app.plex.tv or localhost to access your library, this way the plugin does not require any special permissions.
Note that if you already have local trailers or other extras they can be supported in the Plex client natively: https://support.plex.tv/articles/202934883-cinema-trailers-extras

Hi, I was about to uninstall the extension when I clicked on "Support" to give it a chance. If a user here hadn't asked how to display the trailers, you wouldn't know that the extension only works if you access the media library via app.plex.tv. Does the Plex Server has to be in the same machine that you access it?
