# Getting started
Starting to work with Little Black Book takes only a few steps:
- First of all, Install the Little Black Book Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store (Here)
- Then, create a Little Black Book account, this takes a few seconds and can be done with an email address. https://getlittleblackbook.com/
- Open the chrome extension by clicking the Black Book Icon in the upper right hand corner of your chrome browser. If the icon is not visible click the puzzle piece in the upper right hand corner of your chrome browser and select the Little Black Book Icon
- Activate your account by pasting the verification code you were emailed into the box marked "Enter the code here"
- Finally, start visiting profiles on Linkedin to receive the current contact information for your hottest prospects. Connect with people that matter to your business.
