• (2025-06-27) Anne Marie Roberts: Honoring the Past, Speaking My Truth I’ve used this CRM for over 5 years, and I’m incredibly grateful for what it gave me — structure, growth, and a way to run my business smarter. Most of all, I valued the leadership and heart that came from the original founder. His vision made this more than just a tool. He made people feel seen. He built it on trust. Since his passing, everything has changed. The heart is gone. The new leadership seems driven by greed, not service. Promises and contracts are no longer honored. The values he stood for… are no longer present. This isn’t written with anger — it’s written with deep sadness and respect. I won’t be part of something that no longer honors the legacy of someone who built it the right way. To those looking into this CRM: ask questions, do your homework, and make sure what you’re walking into aligns with your values. I’ll forever be grateful to the founder — and I refuse to let what he built be forgotten.

• (2023-07-04) Pauldonis Thompson: Something you need to be aware of if you subscribe to this extension: since there is no way to unsubscribe on your own in the app's interface or in your own account, make sure you sign up with Paypal so that you can cancel the auto-renewal when you need to from Paypal. Second: If you are planning to cancel, make sure you do so closer to your rebill date to get the full amount you paid for out of the subscription. My last rebill was on June 21; manually canceled the subscription today via Paypal (7/3), and the use of the app was terminated immediately. Like literally, if I try to log in, the app says, "User suspended." So I did not even get my full final month out of the app, which should have lasted until 7/21 like 99% of all apps do when you end your subscription. And there was no financial credit given for the unused time. So subscriber, beware. Had the subscription for 3 months, but what I've outlined above is the reason I cannot give this app a 5-star rating.

I've created a phenomenal pipeline using the CRM/Labels and no one falls through the cracks. The amount of time that this has given me back is priceless!

• (2022-08-09) Shanda West: I have had access to this software for a while, but I put off using it because I was already using a similar product and I wasn’t eager to learn or implement something new. Boy was I wrong! This software is so powerful! Leaps and bounds ahead of what I was previously using. And I’ve barely scratched the surface on all the features available. I regret not jumping in sooner. This is definitely a keeper and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs more control, organization and automation with their Facebook messenger.

• (2022-07-02) Amber Visner: Scam company. I took a trial and after a couple of hours I decided that I didn't like it and tried to cancel the trial. But guess what, you CAN"T do it yourself. Surprise. You will have to tell them to cancel the trial. And you know what they do? They tell you that they will pass your case to another "department" to cancel the trial and the other "department" will tell you that they will pass your case to another "department". 24 emails back and forth and they still haven't cancel the trial I send my email 1 hour after getting the trial and now it's the 4th day and they haven't gotten back to me. Image if it was the last day. Scam company. Don't even take a trial with them because they will never cancel your trial and charge your card

I was looking at ChatSilo, Pepper, etc, and when I saw that this could do all of what they can do (FOR LESS) I was excited. Plus, the automation options are incredible! With Integromat (you could also use Zapier), I can fire off webhooks and update several things like Google Sheets to track my KPIs, HighLevel (my CRM) with pipeline stage updates so that I can share my pipeline with the team. The customer support is second to none. I was able to get my questions answered quickly and easily. Not only that... they listen to suggestions and actually implement changes that make sense. What a phenomenal tool!

Finally I have found a way to keep track of all of my Facebook messenger activity. I make sales without having to use paid ads. I get more leads and make more sales with this tool. Fantastic !!!

The ability to have an organized database to segment and systemize anyone in my customer journey is KEY, and this software does that and than some! Its not clunky or bloated. Clean interface. Plus, they have new features coming out at the rapid rate! Which is awesome. If you use Facebook to generate revenue for your business (Especially Organically) than NOT using GeniusCRM is like shooting your self in the foot... then shooting the other one lol.

Not so with Genius Messenger CRM. This Chrome extension is a MUST HAVE if you engage in Facebook messaging. I love that you can leave notes against the person you are messaging. It's a great tool to track where you are with your messages, can colour code groups of people, and has a great search facility. If you do organic marketing on Facebook, then you need to get this extension. 5/29 - update on the software. For some strange reason, I had an issue with the Genius Messenger CRM Chrome extension (nothing related to the software itself), and I contacted support. Within the hour, I was contacted by Ed himself and asked to find out more about the issue. Then he put me onto the support team. Rahul from the support team was extremely helpful, got me on a Zoom call and rectified the issue. Now, I have a fully working Genius Messenger CRM again, YAY!! Great engagement from the team and the support team.

Easy to track follow ups. You can create your message templates and use it anytime. Don't have to write the same messages over and over again. It is essential tool if you run your business on facebook.
