Want some nice decorations on top of YouTube? Need a birthday party in your browser? Decorative Overlays is what you've been looking for!
*Only works on webpages, such as example.com or google.com*
If you are using the custom preset, input a link to an image to use it.
**TO USE**
1.) Click the "Add to chrome button"
2.) Accept the permissions
3.) Go to the page chrome://extensions
4.) Click on the "Details" button on "Decorative Overlays"
5.) Scroll down and click "Extension Options"
6.) Choose your overlay, and press "Save"
7.) Reload any webpage to view the changes!

- (2020-09-10) Nathan Hubbard: The advertisements were excessive and the fact that you need to reload is inconvenient. While a good idea, it felt unpolished and the overlays covered important things. All in all, it feels very impractical and I cannot see myself using this regularly.
