I am trying to get my employer to purchase the pro version as I'd like to see what additional tools are available. The free version is pretty basic and from what I can tell you can't add arrows or crop images as I would like to be able to do. But for a quick way to create a step by step, it's really great.

This has been an effective addition to our PMO process documentation for system updates. Only improvement I would request would possibly be a more customizable format for the PDF exports. Overall this has been the best add on we have used in a very long time!
