- (2021-12-09) Malina Righter: The cause is wonderful -- I love being able to give back and support causes like planting trees to offset the deliveries we receive -- but the extension is terrible. It prompts me to make my orders carbon-neutral (awesome! that's what it should do!!), but doesn't log me in if I'm signed out or even prompt me to log in so that I can get credit for that order. Even when I am signed into the extension and try to use it as normal when placing an order, it only shows that I've placed 1 carbon-neutral order. I've used this extensions MANY times when shopping, so I have no idea why it's not updating my number of carbon-neutral orders. Overall, the software seems to be sloppily written, and there's no way to contact customer service that I could find. Pretty disappointing since I can't even tell if my orders placed through EcoCart have made a difference.

- (2021-06-20) Trish Parkinson: I think this is an amazing browser extension. It's a minimal effort way to be more eco-friendly and I think everyone will benefit from using it. I did not give it five stars because I have made multiple purchases that I double and triple checked before placing my order to make sure the extension was activated, but the points do not show up on my account. That is pretty frustrating.

- (2021-05-16) Nailah Dawkins: TWICE I have purchased online and my points have not been linked to my Google account (Gmail.) I emailed them in late April 2021 and received no response. I bought from United By Blue and Cariuma and my points were never put on my account. It's useless and I took screenshots of my message I sent to EcoCart. I shouldn't have to login everytime I want to use the extension, so they need to fix that also. It needs to fix it's problems, only then will I even think about updating my rating.

EcoCart is deceptive and probably mostly a greenwashing scam. The fine print says it is only carbon offsetting the shipping impact which is usually a small part of any purchase. Plus, where the money comes from to carbon offset for free is not stated as far I as I could find.
