It puts a score next to each Google search result showing credibility, partisan slant, positivity, sensationalism, etc...and then lets you sort your results based on what you want to see! It's actually brilliant and works well. Normally my search results are determined by some random engineer in silicon valley, but this tool lets me sort them in the way that I think is most relevant. I like this because it gives me a sense of control over what I see. Since disinformation is everywhere, I don't want to be biased by an algorithm. Kudos to the people who built this for bringing some clarity to a space (internet search) which these days is all about obfuscating reality.
