It has freed up so much time by automating my engagement whilst still allowing me to have those all important one on one conversations with people. I'm able to track my leads and follow up with them as well as being able to tag / colour code them and personalise notes for each of them. To have all of the great features in one place is fabulous. If you haven't already got this then you need to! Simplification by automation!

If the tool worked properly for example scheduled posting it would be great. I am giving it a 5 based on the idea behind the program and for the fact if it just focused on engagement it is awesome as well. Even with the bugs it is well worth the price.
