- This tool knocks out quite a few birds with one stone. I can make a post and set up keywords and then direct people to reply to my post with those keywords. The software will then automatically reply back to each commenter and send them a PM. I can automate the whole process of engaging with leads and sending them the info they need while I'm doing other things. Awesome!
