How the MaestroQA Screen Capture Extension Helps You
By enabling administrators to view your screen and listen to recordings of your customer interactions, we will be able to see how procedures are working, as well as what other tools you need to do your job.
Customer interactions are only recorded while you are working on a ticket and recording will stop automatically when you're done.
To ensure privacy:
-No personally identifiable information will be retained.
-MaestroQA will delete all non-graded recordings within 30 days.
