  Whenever I hover over the VIN on our websites, a blank box comes up. I am not able to view any information on the vehicle from the dealership. I have removed and added, closed browser, etc... This has been going on for several weeks. Everyone else's is working...

  The Chrome extension requires I login multiple times per day. It has pop-ups when doing so that are aggravating to deal with and persistent. Why can't I log in once and have it save my session like any other extension that I use? Inconvenient enough that it's worth uninstalling if there's no workaround.
