It offers a lot of quick use features that are easily synced to your CRM software as well as the application with ease. Along with good high quality leads it also gives you the ease of using it with sites like LinkedIn that makes the process of prospecting much easier and seamless. The UI is also very simple and easy to understand it is very intuitive to use and does not need any special training in order to navigate. But, if you run into any problems the CSM team at Cognism are easy to reach and always very helpful. All in all, great piece of software!

I particularly like the LinkedIn extension to quickly find data on key prospects, as well as pulling in lists of relevant contacts using the filters. Mobile numbers are mostly good, and even better when selecting diamond contacts only.

The data availability is good and the mobile phone coverage is excellent. Additionally the CS team has been super supportive in working through any challenges faced by our sales team.

We've used a few different products but Cognism has more and better data than any other we've used or trialled for UK data. Cognism's prospector tool is also a game changer and has helped the team to generate accurate lists in minutes rather than hours.

• (2021-05-19) Mark Closson: The extension maps the company name to salesforce, therefore if there is an LLC missing or an Inc missing, it reads as not in our CRM. Not usable. It also charges a credit if the extension is simply opened. ZoomInfo has a much better extension.
