Our chrome extension is a very simple product. When you type any email message, we just check to see if your language has any DEI related issues and if so provide alternate suggestions and explain why you may want to re-consider rephrasing.
For example, you may type "congressman" in which case we would suggest "congress person" and explain that "Congressman perpetuates job role stereotypes and it is recommended to use genderless job titles when possible".
