It would be nice to select geographic regions; e.g., US, Spain, France, etc. to skew the selections towards that region. Also, maybe something like a selection slider that will give you more red v white v sparkling. Maybe the default is the existing random selection but if I was able to move the slider to 75% red, then the white and sparkling would split the difference... I do really like it!
